finding abandoned houses on the streets of the city you live in always makes you wonder - what's been here before? who lived or worked here? who looked through windows now closed with metal sheets? whose ghosts are living there if they are?
you never know what you'll find there. it may be an old shoe, forgotten by owners, left there to live in one house with ghosts from its past; or a basketball ball, which keeps memories of someones hands, bumping it, throwing it into a basket. you never know what you'll see behind the next corner.
walk out and you'll see - spring always comes. through all warfares, fires, explosions and tragedies. flowers will grow.

En la sombra Voy caminando frente a las tinieblas, cierro los ojos, veo espectros. ¿Qué cosas son los fantasmas?
Nadie sabe, puede ser un viento, viento lejano que juega con las sombras. Sombras se ocultan tras las paredes, retratos de cosas viejas. Camino por un pasillo, termino en una niebla, perdido, sin saber a dónde llegar con la muerte.

well, as far as I like this painting a lot, I don't mind. but I do ask you to ask me first in the next time - there are few pictures in my gallery some rights for which are not completely mine, so I can get some law-problems. i've featured you in my journal by the way :)
